Terms & Conditions — bdk9 Platform Rules

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the bdk9 website, mobile web application, and all services accessible at https://bdk9.io.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the bdk9 Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and net winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any monetary stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bdk9 subject to separate wagering requirements distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the verification process by which bdk9 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment details.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all time-based determinations on the Platform.

Access to the bdk9 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. bdk9 enforces a strict 21-plus policy and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, legal persons, and representatives acting on behalf of a third party may not register an Account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the bdk9 Platform. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain exactly one Account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bdk9 or any of its affiliated game-provider partners.
• Registration constitutes your representation and warranty that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in this Agreement.

bdk9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and to carry out additional verification checks on any Account at any time. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) associated with two-factor authentication. The following obligations apply to all bdk9 Account holders:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, whether for their own benefit or on your behalf.
• You must select a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• You must notify bdk9 immediately via the support email at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bdk9 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from bdk9 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

bdk9 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. All bets and transactions carried out through your Account credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

All financial transactions on the bdk9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be offered at bdk9's discretion and will be communicated on the Platform.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless a Player has set a self-imposed deposit limit through the responsible gaming tools available in Account settings.
• All deposits must be made from a payment wallet registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party wallets are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transfer fees charged by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes under standard operating conditions. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 6 hours. bdk9 does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, bdk9 may require the completion of KYC verification. Players are advised to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays on first withdrawal.
• bdk9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of the Player's National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — to verify identity before releasing funds.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.

The following general rules apply to all bets and gaming sessions conducted on the bdk9 Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdk9 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — defined as an odds price that is materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of placement — bdk9 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account balance.
• For live in-play cricket and sports betting, all bets must be placed and accepted before the relevant ball is bowled or play commences. Bets placed after an event's outcome is known — whether due to data feed delays or otherwise — will be voided.
• Minimum bet stake is ৳10 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of placement. bdk9 reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. bdk9 does not control or influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game session, the outcome of any incomplete round will be resolved according to the rules published by the relevant game provider. bdk9's platform logs constitute the authoritative record in any dispute.

bdk9 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. The following terms govern the use of all bonuses and promotional credits:

• Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game types, minimum odds restrictions, and wagering requirements. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances. Real-money funds are used first in all betting and gaming activity unless the Player elects otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• bdk9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to Players who have opted into the offer.
• Players who are found to have opened multiple Accounts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times will have all associated Accounts suspended and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Certain promotions may be restricted to Players in specific geographic regions of Bangladesh or Players who have met specific deposit or activity thresholds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, macros, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or perform any action on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors with the intent of guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other Players, casino dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the bdk9 Platform's underlying technology, APIs, or data feeds.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting bdk9's dispute resolution process.

bdk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Players. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible from the Account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up summaries of their session duration and net account movement.

All content published on the bdk9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, data compilations, odds data, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdk9 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design elements.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Use the bdk9 brand name, logo, or trademark in any external publication, advertisement, or social media context without prior written consent from bdk9.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdk9 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond bdk9's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity resulting from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Errors or delays in the transmission of bets, payment instructions, or any other data arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network conditions, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Any action taken by bdk9 in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including Account suspension, bet voidance, or withdrawal of promotional offers.

bdk9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://bdk9.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• bdk9 collects personal data including name, date of birth, mobile number, payment wallet details, and device/browser information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• bdk9 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with game providers, payment processors, and KYC verification services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.
• Player data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Access is restricted to authorised bdk9 personnel and relevant third-party processors under contractual data-protection obligations.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests may be subject to legal retention obligations relating to financial records.

bdk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdk9 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and bdk9, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact bdk9's support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. bdk9 will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, the Player may submit a formal written complaint. bdk9 will respond with a final position within 30 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint stage, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising under them, shall be construed in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
